There is always something that inspires each one of us. For those employees it might not be their job right now but they ARE passionate about SOMETHING.
As their manager, figure out what drives them and find ways to incorporate elements of their most inspiring environment into their work. That’s how you can UNLEASH a whole new level of performance even in those “bottom” employees.
