Create an Inclusive Work Culture for Introverts

In my last video I shared how introverts may be forced to change their personality to better fit into an extroverted work culture. But how can anyone focus on performing at their best while they’re trying to be someone they’re not?
Change starts with YOU.
If you’re an introvert, let your manager and colleagues know. It’s okay if your collaboration and communication styles differ from the rest of the team’s, just make sure your voice doesn’t go unheard.
If you’re not an introvert, understand that maybe not everyone on the team may enjoy a social activity as much as you do. Don’t force anyone to speak or mingle. Most importantly, learn to value the strengths of your introverted teammates, even if they are very different from your own.
