We all have super long to do list, but some people read through their list by simply utilizing their pre productive hours.
Let me explain.
All hours are not equally productive because your creative, and energy levels fluctuates. So plan your biggest task during the most practical hours, then spread out the mundane tasks for the rest of it.
For example, I’m an early riser. I stop myself from doing shadow tasks by checking my emails during those precious early hours. Once I know that I have effortlessly tackled my biggest task during my week, then I charge through the rest of my to do list.
So go figure out what’s your team productive hours are and use them to efficiently find your day without worrying.
