Are you satisfied at work or are you engaged?
Here’s why you should care about the difference.
Consider Taylor and Wanda. Taylor is content at work. doesn’t have too many complaints, and produces decent results. Taylor is a satisfied employee. Wanda on the other hand, is very driven at work, takes strong initiative, strives to make an impact. Wanda is an engaged employee. Someone totally absorbed in this high-energy state that it leads to effortless peak performance.
Notice the difference?

You invest almost 100,000 hours in your career during your lifetime. Choose how you would like to spend them – satisfied or engaged?
