These are negative emotions associated with the beginning of a work week. A survey conducted in the United Kingdom shared that 66% of employees felt exactly the same way.
So, it’s understandable that we think it’s so common that it’s just a part of our work culture. But don’t be fooled by it. Any kind of negative emotion is an indication of some sort of a stress present.
So, if you find yourself anxious or not looking forward to a Monday, ‘ask yourself what is wrong?’
