Ignore the Sea of Motivation on Social Media

Here’s some advice that will change your life. Stop looking at motivational content on social media.

I understand it’s a little challenging because every time you scroll on your socials you see a ton of feel-good quotes, or videos of famous people talking about how they overcame their struggles.

But, here’s the thing. Your life’s challenges won’t be resolved by blindly following quotes or implementing stuff that worked for others. Look for educational content instead. And ask yourself, how can I apply this piece of education to my life, at my work, for my unique circumstances?

Even if some of my content feels motivational to you, ignore that feeling and take at least 1 action item away from each video you watch or blog post you read.

SO – Are you ready to spend less time getting motivated, and more time actually getting stuff done?
