Culture is created by the PEOPLE within an organization. It is dynamic depending on how diverse an organization is.
So stop looking for a culture-fit – Look for a culture-add, instead. Culture-fit promotes traditional thinking, conformity leading to stagnation. You don’t want that. The mindset of culture-add on the other hand is about bringing in fresh perspectives, navigating change effectively – leading to creativity and innovation.
