We all have super long to-do lists. But some people breeze through their list by simply utilizing their “peak productivity hours.” Let me explain.
Not all hours are equally productive due to fluctuating creative and energy levels throughout the day. So plan your most important tasks during your most productive hours. And spread out the mundane tasks through the rest of the day.
For example: I am an early riser. I stop myself from doing shallow tasks like checking email and waste those precious early hours. Once my peak productive hours are over and I know my biggest tasks have been effortlessly tackled, I charge through the rest of my to-do list.
So go figure out what your peak productive hours are through the day (or night). And use them to plan your day productively without burnout.
